Now that Wavosaur can work natively on 64 bit systems, we need some 64 bit VST plugin effects that are full 64 bit. Many of the free VST plugins are still 32 bit, but we have found some nice 64 bit plugins, for your needs: compressor, limiter, reverb, equalizer, filter, distorsion! Audio transfer between the 64-bit DAW and the standalone 32-bit bridge is claimed to be zero-latency, with CPU use supposedly negligible. Bridgewize is compatible with VST 2.4 plug-ins and runs in OS X 10.6 and higher, or Windows Vista and higher. It costs USD 30. A free demo version is available for Mac and Windows. '606 Koncept is a plugin based on a famous analog drum machine from the eighties. Each sound has been meticulously sampled and mapped according to the General MIDI convention. Vinyl, tape, and sub sound layers can be triggered on their own to add texture and depth to your drum sequences. Each drum sound can be pitch up or down using a unique summing pitch mixer.
