Schoeps and Illusonic just released a new plug-in for Double MS surround decoding.It's free. If you're already familiar with Schoeps original DMS decoder plug-in, the new decoder plug-in features greater spatial resolution (as if the recording was done with 2nd or 3rd order microphones) and sound field manipulations like array rotation. Can anyone recommend a no frills MS encoder / decoder plugin that I can wrap around a stereo EQ? Either VST or DX. I've been using the free Algorithmix MS encoder /decoder but it suddenly stopped working, even after a reinstall. Manually crafted plug-in processing for your audio. Authentically modeled, classic guitar amps, cabs, and stomps.
